Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards, and UK bank transfer (Faster Payments).
Payment is due immediately on completion of the job and before the vehicle is released.
Pre-Existing Damage
Prior to commencing work we will visually inspect and may photograph the vehicle to record any pre-existing defects (e.g. scratches, dents, paint chips, interior wear).
We are not liable for repair or replacement of any damage, defect or deterioration that existed before our services began, whether or not it was visible or recorded at inspection.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide a safe, legal parking space or driveway with sufficient room (minimum 1 metre clearance on all sides) for us to work and open vehicle doors fully.
Remove all personal items, valuables and child seats from the vehicle before our arrival. We will not be responsible for items left inside.
Ensure we have access to the vehicle keys, and, where required, a working outside tap and mains socket within 20 metres.
Inform us of any known mechanical or electrical faults, aftermarket modifications, alarms or immobilisers that could affect our work.
Weather Conditions
Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain, snow, high winds or temperatures below 3 °C, we may reschedule the appointment in consultation with you for the next mutually convenient slot.
Weather-related postponements do not constitute cancellation; any deposits or pre-payments will be carried over to the rescheduled date.
Liability & Damage
We carry public liability insurance appropriate for mobile vehicle detailing.
We will exercise reasonable care and skill. If we are proven negligent and damage your vehicle, our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair at the time of the incident.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential or economic loss (e.g. loss of use, earnings or business).
- Pre-existing or latent defects that become apparent during or after cleaning.
- Mechanical, electrical or electronic malfunctions that occur coincidentally with our services.
